We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Rock Hill, SC.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • e-Commerce Sales via chat, email, and phone
  • Developing relationships with sales managers within region to assist with sales both directions
  • Provide online technical support for quotation to customer
  • Lead qualification

Distributor Relations:

  • Set up of distributor (and users) on our internet business portals
  • Maintain distributor levels and access to data
  • Oversee co-advertising efforts

Other Responsibilities:

  • Works with sales leadership to continue to improve processes, efficiency and productivity 
  • Timely and accurate reporting to Commercial Sales Manager
  • Must be comfortable with communicating at all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The CSR position can progress into other opportunities at Atlas Copco with the sales and product knowledge developed in this role.  Training is a continuous process and readily available.

Experience requirements

  • Must have a strong technical aptitude, enjoy working with people, and have a drive to grow business.
  • 4-year, Bachelor’s degree in related concentration (Engineering/Business/Marketing preferred) is required. Internship/exposure to related field a plus OR equivalent work experience.
