Job Duties:
 

Atlas Copco Compressors, LLC has recently implemented our new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, SAP Cloud for Customer (known internally to Atlas Copco as C4S).  As the CRM Lead and Sales Excellence Manager the appointee will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the CRM system. The CRM and Sales Excellence Manager is a key position, training users and following up with the Cloud for Customer program team.  This position is responsible for all divisions in the HOY customer center. This position will coach and train the sales team to use C4S as a tool for sales excellence. The appointee will track KPI’s and provide reporting and business analytics to the management team as required. By working closely with various teams, the appointee will ensure that C4S usage continues to improve.  By being an active member of the C4S user community the appointee will share best practices and be knowledgeable on the latest system developments.

Continue Ongoing C4S Roll Out Activities

Responsible for coordinating and leading the company’s C4S post-roll out phase

• Master the C4S processes & system with attention to potential sales process improvements

• Continue the activities required to manage C4S after the go live period, including data cleansing, creating change, training and communication plans and training stakeholders 

• Prepare local training material as required based on material provided by the C4S program

• Act as a change agent supporting the team to accept the changes coming

Process and System Management

Responsible for identifying, developing and sharing best practices and process improvements for the C4S system

• Benchmark CRM best practices from both inside and outside the Atlas Copco Group

• Develop, implement and promote tools to drive Proactive Sales Management, with focus on C4S

• Develop and continuously improve the content for all trainings related to Way 2 Market, Way to Sales Excellence and PSM.

• Ensure there is visibility and accuracy of the pipeline and KPIs in C4S

• Define and implement process improvements to create efficiencies in the sales process and to maximize the hit rate

Sales Support

Responsible for supporting the sales team to use C4S as a tool for territory and customer management

• Coach the sales team to expand their knowledge of C4S and how it can support their daily business

• Bring ideas for improvement back to the C4S process teams

Management Support

Responsible for supporting the management team to use C4S to grow the business

• Host regular sessions for the management team to demonstrate functionalities of the system and drive improved usage

• Provide usage and KPI reports

• Provide analytical reports as required to highlight oppertunities to grow our business

• Facilitate NPS transactional reporting as it becomes available through C4S

Communications and Marketing Support

Responsible for supporting communication and marketing initiatives

• Ensure the sales team has updated their customer information to facilitate extraction of email lists and targeted marketing/communication efforts

• Support and train the marketing team to survey and track guests and sales team’s perception of tradeshows and VIP customer events

• Support and train the marketing team to be able to distribute VIP customer event invitations and internal e-newsletters using C4S

• Communicate information internally on the program and training opportunities using C4S and other avenues are required

C4S user community

Actively participate in the C4S community

• Continue to grow your knowledge of C4S by participating in regular CRM webinars and trainings as appropriate

• Share best practices across business areas and globally

• Participate on C4S process teams as requested, helping to build our solution and ensure its relevance to Atlas Copco and The Way We Do Things

Reporting

• Prepare monthly reports that show user activity and engagement, data accuracy and sales process improvements

Personal Development

• Through training and development, remain current in CRM developments necessary to be effective in the position. 

Other

• Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

•  Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

•  Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Three years’ experience in an international multi-cultural sales/service company preferably in a company with focus on sales and customer relationships. Experience managing a CRM, working with SAP products and familiarity with ERP software. Bachelor’s (4-year) Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other technical area, and/or equivalent training and education.

Communication, training and presentation skills, organizational and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.  Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
