We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist to join our team in our Rock Hill, SC office.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Business Analysis  – Analyze and monitor our service plan portfolio execution to insure we optimize efficiency while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.  Monitor all Service Plans to insure proper execution and conduct regular reviews with the regional operation teams of the service plans with high deviations from our planning.  Highlight and review any unplanned activities with the goal of reducing the unplanned cost as much as possible. 
 
Customer Service  – Work with national and regional accounts to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and consistency of execution.  Task will include coordinating start-ups within the regions for key accounts and follow-up to insure our global and national accounts are receiving the highest level of customer service.  Provide monthly / quarterly reports to national / key account customers as required. 
 
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
 
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
 
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
 
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience requirements:

Must be a self-directed team player, who has a positive attitude, can motivate those around them without direct authority, and is service oriented. Must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.  Some travel to support field activities will be required.

Educational requirements:

4-year Engineering, Business, or Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
